How to book
As of June 2026, Foria has a new booking process for our appointments. Here is a guide to using our booking system—if you are a returning patient, this process may look different than what you are used to. There are two different steps depending on the type of appointment you are booking.
1. New patients
If you are new to Foria you will need to submit a self referral. You will then be contacted by a member of the Foria team to schedule your appointment. This applies to your first appointment, whether that’s intake appointments and surgical assessments. It also applies if you have coverage through Connect Fund and are booking your first psychotherapy appointment.
If you are booking a follow-up appointment, please follow option 2 below.
2. Returning patients & self-pay psychotherapy
If you are booking a follow-up appointment—in other words, if you have already had your first appointment with us—you can book through the TELUS Health Connect app on desktop or mobile devices. You will also use the app if you are booking a psychotherapy appointment and you are paying for your appointment.
If you need help with this booking platform, see below for a step-by-step guide.
